What are your visiting hours? 24/7
- Our doors are always open to friends and family.
Do you have a Doctor on site?
- Yes – The Doctor and Nurse Practitioner are in the facility throughout the week and are on call 24/7
How often is Rehab?
- Mon – Sat 9 – 5
How do I get to you / which transportation do I use?
- Take the 1 train to the last stop at W 242nd, then catch the #9 bus to W 260th and you’ll find us across the street
- Or you can take the #9 bus directly to W 260th
Do you provide financial assistance?
- Yes – we can assist with enrolling into different plans that will align with your loved ones’ priorities
- We also assist with free Medicaid Applications
